• Taxbit: Rebranding for enterprise2026 → Present

  Taxbit has outgrown its original brand. I'm leading the move from consumer to enterprise and leaving the old identity behind.

• Vanilla: Designer ships the app2026

  As the designer and product lead, I worked with one engineer and Claude Code to ship a consumer iOS prototype in a month. It's now a real product.

• Vanilla: From patent to AI2023 → 2026

  In 2023, before AI made it easy, we patented a system that turns estate documents into structured, visual plans. Later I led Vanilla's shift to an AI-first product and built the Product Spine to get there.

• Vanilla: Leading through change2019 → 2026

  When three executives left, I stepped in, rebuilt how the team operated, started a Product Council, and kept shipping.

• Zero to One: Studio Rubric to Vanilla2018 → 2026

  A project at my studio became a company, which I helped take from prototype to seed round to $20M+ ARR. Its Document Builder now runs inside Robinhood Gold.
